Your today is your identity. Do you know we are ruining our life by thinking about our future all the time? Your present does not need your future but on the other hand, your future needs your present. In my point of view our present is similar to blossom, if we look after it, its life will be longer. Here the question arises if you want to be in this moment then how you can stay away from future worries? If you want to find the answer to this question then follow these tips which are mentioned below.

Enjoy the little things

We lose small pleasures in our pursuit of great pleasures. We never underestimate the little happy moments that await our celebrations. We don't know when our life will end that is why we should enjoy the little moments that are full of happiness. In my life, I enjoy many little things because these are the reasons to live for me. If you enjoy these things then definitely your all worries will go away and you will feel pleasure inside you.

Think less and do more

If you work hard and do more then you don't need to worry about your future. You should work hard in your present and if you do not then it will cause regret in your future. When we think too much, we are not able to do our work properly, because of which we get worry about our future and do not consider our present. People who overthink spoil their present and waste their time and this overthinking destroys your creativity and exhausts your problem-solving capabilities. According to Psychology Today, "previous research from Stanford University found that overthinking as marked by too much activity in prefrontal cortex reduced creative capacity." So, think less and do more and by doing this you can live your present happiness.

 

Be grateful for what you have

If you want to make your present blissful then you have to be thankful for what you have and stop regretting what you don't have and if you keep complaining that you have lack of this or that then you are ruining your present. Try to appreciate those things which you have and work hard to get what you don't have as well as don't put yourself in any complex.

 

 

Acceptance 

If you want to start living in your present then accept the things as they are and don’t compare yourself and your lifestyle with anyone. If you will practice acceptance then it will help you to let go of the things. We must adapt ourselves according to the situation and instead of stumbling upon something, we should change it.

 

At the end, I will say that if we want to make our tomorrow beautiful, we must first make our present good. Just focus on your present and forget your past only remember your beautiful memories and I think this is the right way to live your life peacefully. What do you think?
